Night Time Moisturizer: Just take 1 drop of Frankincense with ¼ teaspoon of your favorite carrier oil, either Fractionated Coconut Oil or Sweet Almond Oil, rub your palms together and apply generously morning and before bedtime for lovely moisturizer.
Immune System Booster: Second favorite use of Frankincense Essential Oil is to help support my immune system. I apply it to my neck, wrist points and stomach to give my immune system a little boost.
Stress Reliever: Third favorite use is when I am feeling fatigued because I have packed too much into my schedule. Instead of reaching for coffee, which will keep me up at night, I reach for my Frankincense Essential Oil and take a nice long deep inhale of it and let the oil go to work.
Emotional Balance Booster: Improve your mental outlook by placing a few diluted drops of the Frankincense oil on the back of your neck by your brain stem a few times each day. I take just a few moments to connect and relax. It gives me a tiny pick me up so that I can continue with my day.
