DIY Essential Oil Blend Recipes

8 - 10 drops of Lemon

8 - 10 drops of Rosemary

Benefit: Clear your mind


5 - 8 drops of Lemon

5 - 8 drops of Cedarwood

5 - drops of Orange

Benefits: Stress Relief & Strengthening


8 - 10 drops of Peppermint

8 - 10 drops of Eucalyptus

Benefits: Clear Up Tension and Sinuses


8 - 10 drops of Lavender

8 - 10 drops of Cedarwood

8 - 10 drops of Tea Tree

8 - 10 drops of Peppermint

5 - 8 drops of Lavender

What You’ll Need:

1 1/2 cup of Epsom salt

1 cup of baking soda

1 Tbsp Fractionated Coconut Oil

20 - 25 drops of your favorite essential oil


Combine all ingredients.

Once you are ready to take your detox bath, simply scoop out 1/2 cup of the bath salts into the Warm bath water.

Dim the lights.

Put on some relaxing music.

Soak your entire body for atlas 15 minutes, or until you feel relaxed.

Allow time after your bath to rest and rejuvenate.
