You are predominantly Pitta

Pitta

Kapha

Congratulations,

Pitta-type people are a combination of the Fire and Water Elements, and are very charismatic and ambitious. They have sharp minds, high IQ levels and competitive personalities. As a result, they tend to become doctor,s engineers, lawyers, and judges -- all noble professions. Pitta- predominant people are known to be very aggressive and politically-inclined individuals, and love to take control and attain leadership roles. Pitta-types are workaholics, constantly putting in their blood, sweat, and tears into every task until completion. They are precise and methodical, constantly striving for perfection.

Pitta individuals are typically slender with a delicate frame, average height and medium build. They have stubborn personalities, which helps them go deep into problems and find solutions quickly. Their homes and rooms are always neat and clean, with everything organized in a systematic way because they value orderliness and cleanliness above all else. They tend to have silky, thin, reddish hair, have early balding, or grey hairs. Their skin is often oily and warm, and have difficulty maintaining white teeth. Oil pulling is a great resource for these individuals, and should be practiced on a daily basis. It will not only allow the gums to stay healthy, but will also whiten the teeth and prevent plaque build up.

Pitta-type individuals prefer colder environments because of their high body temperature. Regardless of the weather, they will have either warm or sweaty hands and feet. They perspire quite a bit, and the odor can often carry a strong, sulfurous smell. It is, therefore, recommended that they make a natural deodorant and use it twice a day.

These individuals love to stay up late into the night, and often struggle to fall asleep. They usually get enough sleep, but it is often interrupted. They are tolerant of all foods and have good digestion because they are high in the Fire Element. Still, they crave foods that may increase their aggravation like hot, spicy dishes, and can sometimes be grouchy or irritated when meals are delayed or missed. Pitta-type people can eat a lot of food and still maintain a healthy weight, and this is because they have regular bowel movements and consistent elimination, an impressive quality of Pitta individuals.
